Let’s take a logical approach. We live because we breathe. Breathings is a gateway to life therefore the respiratory organ is the foremost to be taken care of. How? With a breathing exercise. To begin with, just a conscious prolonged breathing of about 10 minutes daily, clears off our reparatory tract. It makes way for enough oxygen to pass through the body, keeping us energized all day. 

Next come, joints. Joints need to be brought to use for a smooth functioning. Right from knuckles, spine and toe fingers, each one plays a salient role in the entire body skeleton. Taking some time in moving all of them (with or without a work) give them a small daily exercise. You need not specially take time for it. Move them while sitting, standing, travelling, reading etc.

Sachin Karpe feels that jogging adds a major boost to the body. It evades any sort of cardiovascular ailment by burning excess fat in the form of sweat. It keeps the body toned and keeps all cells active and other organs in a good condition.
